Edie Kitchens has 27 plus years in multi-housing as a leasing agent, book-keeper, assistant manager, property manager and Senior Compliance Manager. She was named manager of the year by the Tulsa Apartment Association in 2000. For the past seven years she has been exclusively involved with HUD, HOME, Bond, and LIHTC properties. She is a Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional, and a Certified Credit Compliance Professional.
