LIHTC II– One and a half days of training, encompassing all aspects of the LIHTC program. This training is recommended for those with at least
one to two years of affordable housing experience.
HCCP Exam - This is the only nationally recognized designation by
NAHB. It is for developers, property managers, asset managers and
others working in the affordable housing industry. The HCCP exam is
administered on the second half of the 2nd day of training.
