Christy has been with TCA for over a year now. She keeps us all together. She handles all the small and big details that come with keeping all of us on track. Her office is in Oklahoma.

Martha has been with TCA for a year. She approves files, processes files, completes monthly reporting, assists with lease ups, and she travels to help with any on-site matters. Her office is in Oklahoma.

Donald Day, HCCP

In Remembrance

Not only was Don Day a great asset to Tax Credit Assurance he was also the father of Edie Kitchens, President of Tax Credit Assurance, Inc.  Don passed on Jan. 2, 2012.  All who worked with him will remember how much he enjoyed being a part of the TCA team and we enjoyed working with him.

Darla was with TCA, Inc. for over 12 years.  She approved files, assisted with lease ups, and was the best with fixing troubled properties that needed to have files corrected.  She passed on July 19th, 2021 and was a valued member of the team.
