Copies of first year files can be mailed to TCA for a desk top audit. This is a great way to have your files checked for accuracy and to make sure there are no issues with compliance.
TCA can setup each of your properties with a monthly reporting system. Auditing these reports will enable you to find and correct all compliance issues within thirty days.
