LIHTC Training II
Two day LIHTC training. This class is the basic one day training plus an additional day working applications, calculating income and assets, and completing Tenant Income Certifications.

HOME Program Training
One day classroom training with workshop for properties that have HOME Program only.
Mixed Use Program TrainingTwo day classroom training for LIHTC/HUD or LIHTC/HOME or LIHTC/Bond properties.

On Site Training
The staff will be trained in office set-up to ensure all files are processed efficiently, accurately and in correct file order, and in all "Home Office" procedures.

Note: Your forms, reporting standards and procedures can be incorporated into all of our training programs.
2022 Training Schedule
2022 is expected to be a big year for the LIHTC program and we are planning to bring back public training! Make sure you're up to date with the rules and regulations. Whether you're just starting out or polishing up your skills, we offer all current new information and guidelines in a relaxed, classroom style setting.
Our LIHTC trainings are two full days, 8:00am-5:00pm daily.
Additional events will be added to the schedule later this year. If you'd like for us to come to a city near you, send us an email. We're looking for good locations! Private trainings available, too!

LIHTC 2 day Training: 2 days - $ TBD
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 30 days prior to training - a full refund will be given. Within the 30 days - you can transfer funds to another training being held within six months or transfer to another individual. |
